The training will be conducted during the 3-4 May 2010 time period.

The overall objective of the training is to provide Youth Banks projects’ coordinators and assistants with knowledge and abilities to administrate YBs at local level.

The key products expected from this service are: (i) training program on Youth Banks’ administration; (

ii) 2-day training for local Youth Banks projects’ coordinators and assistants;

(iii) training evaluation;

(iv) narrative report on the delivered training.

The minimum requirements include:

·   At least three years of working experience in development of Youth Bank programs, community development, or other related fields;

·    Work experience in the provision of consultancy and training services for NGOs;

·  Positive working experience with international organizations;

·  Teamwork skills;

·  Developed communication skills with various local actors;

·  Knowledge of Romanian or Russian languages.

- Detailed budget.
